At Dot Calm, we take pride in the work that we do. Our technicians have a variety of certifications ranging from the basic CompTIA A+ Certification to brand specific certifications for Dell, HP, and others. In addition, our technology team has over 30 years combined experience in the field.

Education also plays a key role in our success. As new technology is made available, our research aligns with our passion in understanding the functions of that technology and how user friendly it is. Through extensive training and as much hands on experience is made available to us, we can now answer questions and make recommendations specific to our client’s needs.

CLAUDE LOUIS

Technology Expert. Aspiring Philanthropist. Claude Louis hails from the Virgin Islands and has been a Baton Rouge native for 30 years. He feeds his passion by using technology to change and impact the lives of others everyday. Beyond Dot Calm, Claude is a devoted father, former firefighter, and a friend. His commitment to the wellbeing of others is one of his strongest attributes. When not serving, working or spending time with family, Claude enjoys skating, traveling, reading, cooking and thought provoking conversation.

BRITTANY LEE

A native Californian by way of Sacramento, Brittany is a 2011 graduate from the Southern University College of Business with a Masters of Business Administration. She’s the rails that help keep the train on the track. Whenever a free moment occurs, Brittany enjoys volunteering in the Community with her Service Organizations, Mentoring 5th Grade Girls at Park Elementary, reading and avoiding learning the acoustic guitar.

LESLIE DUFFY

Leslie is an experienced leader with the ability to prioritize the needs of others. Compassionate and skilled, she brings her caring nature and ability to learn quickly. This CSA is best summed up into that one word–transformational. Leslie skillfully takes any project she is tasked with to the next level.

Leslie is a mom of 2 from Alexandria.  To know her is to know she’s a solid, loyal bubbly individual.  When she’s not making Dot Calm great, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.

DUBI THOMAS

This Baton Rouge-born millenial packs 3 gallons of personality into a 2 gallon bucket. When she’s not meeting the needs of our diverse clientele, she enjoys being a mom and Marvel vs. DC debates. And Rick and Morty, a lot.

WESLEY BEAN

If there’s an award for Technician of The Year, Wesley is definitely determined to win it. His troubleshooting skills and creativity in producing effective and efficient solutions make him the secret weapon to our repair success rates and turnaround times. 

THERESA JONES

As our Cyber Security Practitioner, Theresa can help fortify your networks and devices to eliminate the risk of your data being compromised, breached or hijacked. When she’s not educating the general public on the complexities of cyber, she enjoys being an  awesome individual.
